All orders will be shipped through USPS and will be charged at checkout, unless stated on promotions or advertisement in the website or emails.

Standard Ground Shipping 3-5 business days for items shipping within the United States.  Free shipping for orders $75.00 USD and more, it doesn’t apply for bags and hats.

Shipping delays due to adverse weather or operating conditions are solely an issue of the shipping carrier and Rio by Design cannot be held liable. Any processing errors should be brought to the immediate attention of Rio by Design for retribution purposes.
