Return and Exchange

Rio by Design accepts returns or exchanges within 10 days of purchase, provided you have proof of payment issued to Rio by Design.

To return or exchange an item, please request a Return Authorization by emailing riobydesignsales@gmail.com.

All returns are subject to a 10% processing fee. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs, though these may be waived on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition with original tags attached. Certain sale items are non-returnable, as indicated in the product listing.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with refund details. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any specific "final sale" notices in the product description take precedence over these terms.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
